Tonja McAllen, a fifth generation Texan, has been associated with real estate her entire life. Her father, a custom home builder, developer, real estate broker in Texas and Arkansas bred into her the passion she has in real estate. Growing up looking at blue prints and visiting job sites made her well versed in the benefits and joys of the wonderful neighborhoods Houston has to offer, as well as the masterfully planned communities in Houston suburbia. Working for major home builders in Houston since September 2000, she has developed a keen eye for architecture, design, and the importance of quality construction and the location of a home.
From real estate basics to hands on experience and exposure, Tonja trained in all categories of the industry. Whether holding open houses, interfacing with clients, preparing marketing materials, commercial property management, residential leasing or sales and closings, she has done it all.
